BreatheWear® products are systematically developed to ensure maximum ease of use, comfort, and durability. To do this, input from sleep technicians, physicians, and patients is combined with initial product ideas to develop prototypes. These prototypes undergo extensive testing in clinical trials in sleep labs before being introduced into the BreatheWear® product line. Rest assured that our products are manufactured and sold to our customers only after many successful trials.

SHIPPING POLICY:
We ship all orders via FedEx Ground (or similar method) to ensure timeliness, security, and tracking capability for all orders. Nearly all orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours (M-F) of being placed. If you are a registered www.breathewear.com customer, you can easily obtain order status information on your login page.
RETURN POLICY:

BreatheWear® will accept returns on any unopened, unused product within 10 days of the original purchase date. A 15% restocking fee will be subtracted from the original cost and a credit for the difference will be issued. Shipping costs are not refundable. Please call our office to obtain an RMA number before returning the unopened item.
